Banded Cable Hangers

Samtan Engineering Banding Type Cable Hangers are offered in several different configurations and are used to support main cable runs in surface and subsurface vessels. These hangers are fabricated from mild steel painted with a weldable zinc chromate primer. Tapped Cable Hangers

Samtan Engineering Tapped Cable Hangers are designed to support local cable runs on vessels and offshore drilling platforms. Samtan Cable Hangers are available in zinc plated 1010 / 1018 mild steel and type 316 stainless steel; in addition, a neoprene rubber coating is available on both steel and stainless hangers. All Tapped Cable Hangers are manufactured and tested in accordance with Drawing 803-5001027 (Section 4) and have been successfully tested to MIL-S-901C (Grade A Shock) and MILSTD-167-1 (Type I Vibration).
