Founded in Malden, Massachusetts in 1962, Samtan Engineering has grown into one of New England's leading metal stamping and deep-drawing suppliers. Our in-house capabilities span shearing, punching, forming, machining, welding, and assembly.

We supply precision metal components to aerospace, automotive, consumer products, foodservice equipment, high-tech, and vessel-equipment manufacturers, with production runs ranging from single prototype pieces to lots of 100,000 or more.

Engineering Support

Our in-house engineering team offers technical support and design assistance from concept through full production, helping customers refine parts for manufacturability and cost.

We work in Solid Works and exchange electronic drawings and files directly with customers, keeping design revisions fast and accurate throughout a project.

Quality Control

Every part moves through a documented quality program built on MIL-I-45208A and AS9100D with inspection at incoming materials, first-piece approval, in-process checks, and final part sign-off.

Measuring equipment is calibrated to MIL-STD-45662A and AS9100D while statistical process control data backs up every certificate of conformance we issue.
